… and now the Sorbet

Note that the pie taster’s circle has widened, I am keeping my promise to publish the ultimate lime sorbet recipe

Place in a saucepan:
3 measuring cups water (750 ml)
1.33 cups sugar
1 cup of strained lime juice

Heat and stir until sugar melts
Cool to room temperature
Chill in fridge
Place in ice-cream maker

Deliciously simple.
