My time is well spent dabbling in cooking, computers, alcohol, reading, music, photography and combinations of the above.
I have been know to commercially produce homemade liqueurs, jams & chutneys.
Other delicacies such as fudge, sorbet & ice-cream are sometimes available to friends.
I produce electricity on the roof, and income from technical translation.
