Ever since I can remember I was always interested in cooking especially in preserving. The enthusiastic feedback to my produce, especially to my homemade liqueurs lead me to augment my range of products. In 2003 I opened "Jonathan's Delicacies", producing quality liqueurs, jams, chutney and other products. All the products are home-made using natural ingredients. I do not use artificial preservatives, food colouring, flavour enhancers or any other chemicals. Whenever possible I use fruit, vegetables and spices from my own garden or local markets.
